Senior Pastor, David Morris- ext. 232

Pastor David started pastoring at Cedar Run in May of 1994. He graduated from law school in 1980 and practiced law for 15 years before being called to preach. David has been married to Nadeeda since 1983 and together they have 4 children and live in the Herndon area.

Associate Pastor, Mark Seager- ext. 230

Mark placed his faith in Christ as a child and is grateful for the church youth group he was involved in for his teen years.  He grew up in Northern Virginia and has enjoyed a career in Civil/Environmental Engineering as well as pastoring in England and the USA.  Mark is happily married to Karen and they have two daughters and a son.  In his spare time (what’s that?) he likes sports, attempting home handyman projects, and reading.

Youth Pastor, Tom Pounder- ext. 240

Tom has been the Youth Pastor at Cedar Run since June of 2003.  He married his beautiful wife Anne in 1999 and they have 4 daughters. Besides seeing teens coming to know Christ, he is passionate about Penn State Football, the Dallas Cowboys and any Apple product.

Associate Youth Director, - ext. 241

Katie joined the Cedar Run staff in July of 2009 after graduating from Christopher Newport University. She has attended Cedar Run with her family starting in 2005. She accepted the job at Cedar Run because she believes there is no greater privilege then walking with students as they fall in love with the Lord.

Director of Children's Ministry, - ext. 239

Carolyn is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has been involved in the Children’s Ministry at Cedar Run Community Church for the last 16 years. She met her husband Cal while serving with Campus Crusade for Christ and married in 1983.  She has four sons who are involved in youth ministry.  She enjoys children of all ages and sees her role as supporting the teachers as well as the parents by providing the resources necessary for spiritual growth for all the children at Cedar Run in a loving and safe environment.

Church Administrator, - ext. 234

Briana and her family have been attending Cedar Run since 1992.  She has served on the hospitality and Children’s Ministry staff  prior to stepping into her current role as a church administrator which she enjoys doing.  She has a wonderful, supportive family consisting of her husband Al and 4 beautiful children Al IV, Trevor, Dominic and Madison.  Briana feels blessed to call Cedar Run her church home and all who attend, part of her family.

Communications Administrator, - ext. 238

Sue, her husband Jim and their 4 children have been attending Cedar Run since 2001. She is thankful for her church family, her job at Cedar Run and the many opportunities to grow in her faith. She also enjoys participating on the Worship team, helping with the youth and being a mentor mom for MOPS. Her interests include nature, crafts, cooking and reading.
