Parent/Child Dedication
Here at Cedar Run we love to celebrate family. A Parent/Child Dedication Ceremony is an opportunity for you to commit to raising your child in a Christian manner. Dedication does not make your child a Christian; rather, it is a commitment by you to point your children to Christ and introduce them to Him as Lord and Savior.
We offer Parent/Child Dedication Ceremonies several times a year. Each ceremony may include several families depending on demand. During the ceremony, one of our pastors will ask you to affirm your faith in Christ and to make a public commitment to raise your children in a godly manner. After this, the pastor will pray for you and your child.
Prior to the ceremony, one of our pastors will meet with you as a family. To participate in our next Parent/Child Dedication ceremony on March 21st, please contact Briana Dintino at the church office (703) 796-3535, ext. 234 or by email by March 10th.
