Women's Ministry
Welcome to the Women’s Ministry! We are excited to serve the Women of Cedar Run Community Church and to invite women new to Cedar Run to be a part of what God is doing here! Our goal is to draw women to Christ so that their lives will be transformed through a relationship with Him. We invite you to join us as we seek to become fully devoted followers of Christ and to share our faith passionately.
The Women’s Ministry also desires to support women as they:
- Renew their spiritual life
- Refresh relationships with other women
- Refocus their desire to reach out to others
The Women’s Ministry provides many opportunities for growth, fellowship and service. We encourage each woman to use the gifts God has blessed her with to involve herself in these opportunities.
Whatever season of life we are in or whatever our walk in life, we want to follow Christ as we journey together.

Susan Huber is currently the Director of Women's Ministries at Cedar Run and as such oversees various conferences, fellowship dinners, a MOPS program, and Women's Bible Studies. She has been involved in various ministries at Cedar Run over the past 20 years, including assisting with Sunday programming, missions committee, nursery, and greeter's ministry. Susan and her husband Bob live in Falls Church and have 3 grown children and a daughter in law. Her family began attending Cedar Run (formerly Tyson's Community Church) in 1988.
