Pastor David started pastoring at Cedar Run in May of 1994. He graduated from law school in 1980 and practiced law for 15 years before being called to preach. David has been married to Nadeeda since 1983 and together they have 4 children and live in the Herndon area.
Bill has been attending Cedar Run since 2007 when he and his family moved to Virginia as the final assignment of his Air Force career. He led the Men’s Ministry for many years, and is currently leading the New Commandment Men’s Ministry (NCMM) which serves widows and single moms. He has a heart for mentoring and encouraging men in their faith journey and is thankful for his Christian buddies who have helped him navigate some of the more challenging phases of his life. He is thankful for his Life Group family, and all the wonderful people who make up the body of believers here at Cedar Run
Bob Huber has been attending Cedar Run since 1988 with his wife, Susan and their children -- Rick and his wife Christine, Steve, and Kristen all still live in the area. Since 1989 Bob has served as church treasurer while also serving on the Elder board. He feels blessed to serve with Susan and others for many years with the church’s Global Ministry. He finds it a joy to see CRCC partnering with Christian organizations and missionaries serving locally, in other parts of the US and in many foreign countries. Bob sees our church as biblically sound with a strong emphasis on relationships and caring for others.
John and his wife Betsy have attended Cedar Run Community Church since 1995, except for their time in Missouri and New Jersey from 2000-2005. They have four children and live in Northern Virginia. John and Betsy enjoy attending life group together and teaching bible studies for boys and girls. Betsy serves as a team captain for the Salt and Light ministry to the homeless, and the family has been active in Cedar Run ministry opportunities in Nicaragua.
Jason and his family have attended Cedar Run Community Church since 2015. Jason and his wife Jane enjoy helping lead weekly Bible studies, serving in children’s ministry, and actively supporting Cedar Run missionaries in Guatemala and in other parts of the world.
Marc and his wife Natalie have attended Cedar Run Community Church since 2015. Marc dedicated his life to Christ in 2009 and feels called to share God's love throughout the community and bring glory to Him. Marc and Natalie enjoy serving in RUNkidZ and ministering to the kids and parents, as well as participating in a life group together. They have a passion for God, serving others, and spending large amounts of time outdoors with their three adventurous children.
Brian and his wife Renee have attended Cedar Run Community Church since 2013 with their three children. They are thankful for the family feel of Cedar Run and the many amazing people that make up the church. Brian enjoys teaching the Bible to the adult Sunday school class, the youth, and in our Friday Knights ministry for elementary age boys. Brian and Renee both serve in Bible Study Fellowship, Brian as a Teaching Leader and Renee as an Online Trainer. They love that Cedar Run is a church rooted in scripture.
