THIS SUNDAY’S MESSAGE:

Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the door. 10 As an example of suffering and patience, brothers, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.

12 But above all, my brothers, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or by any other oath, but let your “yes” be yes and your “no” be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation.

Catholic Charities Adoptions:

Making the decision to grow your family through adoption is a big step!  Take some time to learn more about the options available to you and the pros and cons of each option.  We can help you explore your options so that you can make an informed decision about which path is best for your family.

At Catholic Charities, we believe firmly that adoption is a lifelong journey, one that impacts all members of the adoption triad (birth family, adoptive family and adoptee) in various ways and significance throughout their lives.  Therefore, we remain a lifelong resource for all of our clients so that if they find themselves in need of support or uncertain how to navigate a situation, they know where to turn.   Our program is structured not just to help you to adopt, but to foster a healthy adoption for you and your child.  Adoption is a lifelong journey, let us walk with you. Visit our website at https://www.ccda.net/need-help/pregnancy-and-adoption-services/ or email for more info!
