There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion; it is not. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer, fasting, and meditation. If you would like to find out for yourself please join us for Holy Yoga.
Fall session begins Tuesday, September 11. Classes are from 5-6 pm and will continue through November 13. Suggested donation: $50 / 10-week session or $8 / drop-in. Cash, or checks written to Cedar Run Community Church.
