Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being; body, mind, and spirit with God; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion; it is not. Yoga is a discipline, much like prayer, fasting, and meditation, and has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith. We center our intention on a scriptural theme. We practice moving and breathing, standing firm and relaxing into His strength.

Our winter session will begin on Tuesday, January 14 and goes through Tuesday, March 31. (We will NOT meet January 28, February 18, and March 3.) Classes are 5-6 pm.

Suggested donation is $45/9-week session or $8/drop-in.
